• A:Answer There is a micro USB port that you plug in the included cable to any 5v usb wall charger(think iPad style, anything smaller will not charge it).

Q: Questionso, i just purchased this. it doesn't seem to charge through my tech 21 case and popsocket. I am guessing that I need to attach the magnetic strip included. Instructions are vague on the installation of this. how do I install, no youtube videos either.

• A:Answer It’s probably not going to charge because there‘a too much bulk between the PopSocket, the case, and the battery. There is a OtterBox case with Popsockets that “can” be charged wirelessly, but it’s not that great because it’s again too bulky to charge effectively.
