Center pin on your charge-cable is most likely missing like mine was - replaced the charger and all is well.

I have a feeling that it broke off inside the main unit speaker. I look online and there’s a lot of people that are having the same issue we are. I bought a new AC adapter and it still won’t charge. Best Buy‘s advice assumes that you can actually power the unit on.

I would try doing a factory reset of your HYPERBOOM speaker, here's the procedure: Press and hold the Power Button and Play / Pause Button together for 5 seconds, listen for the FACTORY RESET sonification (da-da...da-da - bongo), the speaker will turn off, wait 5 seconds, then Press Power Button. Welcome sonification (Hi there… please download the ULTIMATE EARS BOOM app… “ sonification will play again at first power up if the FACTORY RESET is done correctly. If that still doesn't help, I'd suggest contacting the Ultimate Ears Support for warranty assistance: https://support.ultimateears.com/en/hyperboom/.
