Hello Arya! What I would suggest you to do, if you haven't tried that already, is first try removing the HYPERBOOM Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker from your phone's Bluetooth connected devices, and also uninstall the app from your phone. Once that's done, download the Boom app to your phone once again, and re-do the Bluetooth pairing between the speakers and your phone. Kind of doing a soft reset. If that doesn't work, you can try doing a hard reset of the speaker. To do so: Press and hold the Power Button and Play / Pause Button together for 5 seconds, listen for the FACTORY RESET sonification (da-da…da-da – bongo), the speaker will turn off, wait 5 seconds, then Press Power Button. Then e-do the Bluetooth pairing between the speakers and your phone, and connect to the app. - Mathieu from Logitech
