Q: QuestionI've used this speaker for about a year, and am very happy with sound and performance. I have just replaced my phone, and cannot seem to get it to sync through bluetooth (it worked fine with the old one). Any advice for how to get my new device to find?

Q: QuestionWhy did ultimate ears not allow for it to pair up with the megaboom3 and boom3. Im very disappointed about that. All of the othe speakers connect through the app. Its misleading. Is there any other way to connect them to tje party mode

• A:Answer No. Unfortunately only wonderbooms connect with only each other (both original & 2’s). Booms, mega booms, hyper booms only connect with each other. Doesn’t make sense to me either, but that’s the case.

• A:Answer No, you can only sync 2 speakers at a time. I have 2 that I recently took to the beach and will say that having them synced with the "outdoor mode" turned on works great. I was able to spread them out (they also work well as beach blanket anchors) and the sound was still very clear over the sound of the waves and kids playing. The outdoor mode doesn't give you a whole lot of bass, but that's a small price to pay for EXTREMELY rugged, waterproof, dust/sand proof and easily portable stereo sound.

• A:Answer I PURCHASED THE SINGLE WONDERBOOM A FEW YEARS AGO FROM ANOTHER VENDOR, AND JUST PURCHASED THE DUAL PACK WONDERBOOM2 THIS YEAR. THEY BOTH SOUND GREAT. I GOT A BETTER DEAL WITH THE DUAL PACK. I'M NOT A TECH BUT I WOULD THINK THAT AS LONG AS THEY BOTH ARE WONDERBOOM2 YOU CAN CONNECT THEM SO THAT YOU CAN HAVE THEM BOTH PLAY AT THE SAME TIME, BETTER/LOUNDER SOUND CAPABILITY. WONDRBOOM2 IS AN UPGRADE.

• A:Answer Hello Kyle, yes, the Wonderboom 2 is cross compatible and will be able to pair up with a first gen Wonderboom. Just a reminder, the wonderboom series is only able to pair up with one extra speaker, for a total of 2. When pairing two Wonderboom 2's, you will get 2.1 stereo sound. But when pairing a Wonderboom 2 and a first gen Wonderboom, you'll get mono sound. Hope this helps, have a great day.

Q: QuestionHow long does the battery last? The original wonderboom said 10 hr battery life but on max volume only lasted 3 hrs. I like these speakers but battery life is not good. I use them on my jet ski but they don't even last half the day.

• A:Answer Hello, the Wonderboom 2 has a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for up to 13 hours of battery life between micro-USB charges. Charge time: 2.6 hours (with BC1.2 compliant adapter). BUT actual battery life will vary with use, settings(loudness), and environmental conditions.
