• A:Answer No, only Apple is capable of supplying a genuine battery. Currently, the only way to have a genuine iPhone battery installed is through an Apple Authorized Service Provider such as Geek Squad, an Apple Store (Genius Bar), or a mail-in repair which can be done through Apple's support site. For DIY repairs, Apple will be rolling out Self Service Repair in early 2022, parts will be available through the Apple Self Service Repair Online Store.

• A:Answer As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, Best Buy (Geek Squad) is not legally able to install this particular battery in an iPhone. You mentioned an iPhone 11, be aware this particular model is for the iPhone 8. I'd recommend creating an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement at an AASP, one of which is Geek Squad. Be aware you must be able to disable the "Find My iPhone" feature for any AASP repair, this requires knowing your Apple ID password.
