I have a card how to redeem it for the Xbox game null

I recommend buying the Xbox gift card, redeem, then purchase the VBucks. Using the Vbucks card requires going to the website manually and entering the code there. My nephew forgot his username and password so we couldn’t redeem the card and had to call customer service.
