I received a Steam gift card and it doesn't work. null

I had to live chat with them and they gave me a phone number to call. After the lady pulled up my order she said they weren’t activated and she had to activate them on her end! Hope this helps

It’s been six calls with Best Buy, they give me a different answer each time, but the card is still not activated. This last rep told me it is activated, and steam needs to fix it because it’s a defective card. I guess I’m just out $25, do not ever buy gift cards from Best Buy

I also purchased 2 Steam gift cards online that were not activated. I went to the store and they said they could not activate them nor return them because they were an online purchase. She said I would have to call best buy for a refund but my online receipt says non-returnable. After arguing with them somehow they magically were able to return them in store. I asked for a store credit so I could get two new ones off the shelf but "they were out of the store credit cards" so they refunded the card on file, however that was a MasterCard gift card itself which we no longer have! Best Buy is a total dumpster fire. Online says to call the store. The store says call online. Unreal.

Don't buy from best buy. They're a scam. If you did, hopefully you used a credit card so you can dispute the scam.

I purchased five (5) Steam Cards $30.00 each only two (2) was valid. How can I get replacements that works?

You’ll have to check the cards if they’re activated or not, if no then you’ll have to go to any store around to activate it..
