Sometimes the discs are defective and there is nothing you can do about it. However, the other discs should have no problem. If they are, try the following: 1) Contact the company that you purchased them from, and 2) Contact the manufacturer, and see if they (from either the retail store or the manufacturer) can replace the package that you bought. You might need to show a copy of the receipt.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you would be allowed to get a refund or exchange them. The Memorex brand are also an excellent buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been using them for several months now and even when I need to overwrite with another movie, they let me rewrite without issue. Wish you good luck with your project, need to get back to my own project.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I rewrite many times on these. Is there a problem with your DVD player/recordr?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You might want to try doing the same thing I do. Reformat them. You'll be able to do that 4 or 5 times & then apparently they're worn out & the computer can't reformat them any more. Give it a try. It works for me. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually your just OVERWRITE on DVD+RW not erase. You should also be able to DELETE the recording also. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure, if something doesn't work just return it. Also they have a great warranty you can buy on most products, and they do honor it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try reformatting the disc and then try writing over it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you "close" the disc when you take it out of the machine, you will not longer be able to erase and re-write to that disc. There should be an on-screen option to "close" or "eject", (maybe it says skip not eject). Don't choose to close the disc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Refund requests should be directed to your retailer.
