• BD-R discs are primarily used for video or data storage applications and cannot be used for music as with a CD-R disc. The maximum time for an audio CD-R is 80 minutes.

• You might already have gotten your answer. Here's my thought. If you convert your music files to a standard format, such as MP3 (192kbps), you can store around 4-6 hours of music as compressed files on one "80-minute" CD (depending on the compression you choose).

• It would need a Blue Ray player to view or listen to. A standard Blu Ray disc would hold far more than 120 minutes of music, but you'd be limited where you could play it.
