• Suggest you consult with a Verizon Rep (in store not online). The Adapter included with my Verizon Ellipsis Jetpack is mfg by Franklin Wireless (switching adapter). Output is 5 Volt DC; 1 AMP which is fairly common but the User is advised that it ,alone, (that is the one supplied with the jetpack) should be used.
