A:AnswerI bought this because I also live in a very remote area and need to work from home. As long as you have a strong cell signal where you live the jet pack will work great
A:AnswerThe quality or signal strength you'll get from this or any other Verizon-compartible device is directly tied to the strength of the Verizon signal in your location. Use of this device may result in one or more extra signal bars but that may not necessarily translate to better internet service. I would suggest getting a signal booster from Verizon instead and your existing device should work much better. An example of such device is here https://www.verizon.com/products/verizon-lte-network-extender/
A:AnswerPossibly - my off grid home was in a Earthbag with a meta roof - we would put this in the windows to amp the signal so we could sit in the living room with a signal.
A:AnswerYou can charge it while using it . It won’t affect anything….. I do it all the time but Charging it while it’s off , the device will automatically come on to show you its being charged but won’t actually turn all the way on if that makes sense… I’ll post a picture!
But Mind you, in the picture my device was COMPLETELY OFF but turned on to show this.
Hopes this helps.
A:AnswerVerizon let's you bring your own device, therefore you can purchase a jet pack from another vendor, such as Best Buy, Amazon, etc. Just make sure that the jet pack you are purchasing is Verizon compatible.
