A:AnswerNo, this is a Mobile WiFi unit that requires additional cost. When you purchase this unit you MUST go to a Verizon Service Center to have it activated.
A:AnswerYou can activate it at your convenience. Works great. I've had mine for almost 2 months now and not an issue with it. Great product and great service!
A:AnswerThis does not have the ability to connect to a router. It does have the T9 antenna ports on it that can be used in conjunction with a MIMO antenna. We use the Netgear model but also have a Binfu model that works well too.
A:AnswerI would not - when it’s in use and plugged in it gets very hot. It can overheat and will automatically shut down to cool off. Only plug in when you need to charge it: hope that helps!
A:AnswerIt works for us in a state park in Ohio so I would say yes!
And I would like to say it works wonderfully.. it’s a mobile hotspot. I don’t believe it can be hard wired.
It comes with 15gb of data. We got unlimited data on ours once I called Verizon which still gives 15gb of data and then it slows down after that.. still works but much slower and not as well.. 15gb goes quickly when grandkids are streaming on their tablets..
A:AnswerDon't know. It would depend on your service provider (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) and there may be additional charges if it can be used internationally.
