I don't really know. It doesn't receive a very good signal. If there is a drop in signal it doesn't work. Would not recommend the phone

The phone works on 3G and 4G networks and is configured (after unlocking) by installing the service provider's SIM card in the slot beneath the battery. We have purchased three of these phones and use them with the US Mobile service provider. Once you complete the Verizon obstacle course and actually contact the right team, they will ask for the IMEI code printed on a label in the phone chassis beneath the battery. They will then issue you a code to be entered at the screen that prompts you for an unlock code. Once entered, the phone is no longer tethered to the Verizon network and can be repurposed to another service provider.
