Normally, you would use this product to record audio from an analog source, such as a cassette tape or an LP. However, you can treat a CD the same way. You can connect the output of a CD player to the inputs on the USB capture device, and record audio in real-time to WAV or MP3 files. Then those files can be added to a flash drive. A more expedient method is if you can use a CD ripping software with the CD drive of your computer instead, but we do not make any products that do that. We do not have any specific recommendations for other products sold by Best Buy that may allow for your USB connection.
