• Do not think so. This from User guide: Burn Create DVD, VCD, or SVCD discs with the videos that you capture and edit.

• This product does not contain Blu-Ray authoring features. You may be able to capture video to a file using the VHS to DVD software, then using a separate Blu-Ray authoring application to burn through your Blu-Ray writer.
