• A:Answer Go to Best Buy and show them the remote. They have a cord with a mini on the end which plugs into the remote. Other end plugs into your computer or buy a plug to add to the cord that allows you to plug into wall socket. When remote blinks constantly, then it is time to recharge the remote. No external battery needed.

• A:Answer I just check at Best Buy at Burnsville, MN 55337 and they will charge a fee for the installation and it costs $189.So, the total cost for part and installation would be Products itself + wire harness + installation fee.

• A:Answer The security system must be professionally installed where you purchase it. Bougut mine at Best Buy, and they did the install. All went well, and we are very happy with it. You will need to check with them as to fit. However. I am sure they will point you in the right direction to ensure a proper fit for your vehicle.

• A:Answer The 7857V comes with instructions on how to pair the remote with your existing vehicle system. I have the Viper 4806V system. Took less than 2 minutes to get the new remote paired. You can also watch a video on Youtube.
