“The Visible SIM package says contains 1 Visible SIM card and 1 service code. Where is the service code located? I did not find one inside my kit. During the activation it is saying to pay $35 to complete it. Does the service code need to be entered?”

• Where exactly in the packaging? When I opened the packaging there was just one credit card size piece of plastic card that contains the nano SIM and a SIM ejector tool. The plastic card has a SIM ID code written on the front. On the inside of the packaging there are the following sections of text. Left Side = How to activate. Right Side = Contents and Terms and Condition Information. Top = Before you activate. Bottom = Need help? I don't see a service code written on any of those sections of the packaging.
