Okay...this "blows" (technical term!). What I have found is that if I disable TVOL and disable TSHD on the soundbar, and on the TV: enable SurroundSound, enable Volume Leveling this is the makes the vol+ and vol- in the smallest increments. I am very disappointed in this soundbar and will rate it accordingly because of this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have Vizio soundbar which I have been very disappoint with. Volume increments are so wide that output is either too loud or too low all of the time. I definitely would not buy again until Vizio fixes this design flaw.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is exactly how mine's configured as well and the volume increments are the same, unfortunately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you need to use the PCM setting, at I do on my Vizio TV. The steps between volume settings are high on mine as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The volume fluctuation is coming from the broadcast. Some commercials audio levels are set at a higher volume than the programming or vice versa. The soundbars have a setting called TruVolume that can be disabled or enabled to help with these fluctuations.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would change the cord......find one geek squad that is compatible.
