I was able to fix it by holding down the Input and Bluetooth buttons for about 10 seconds

It might get you back to whatever device that you have plugged in to the soundbar. If that doesn't work, try turning off and unplugging the soundbar. Leave it unplugged for 1/2 to 1 minute. Then plug back in and try again.

This AFTER I called the help number twice. They weren't much help to me but if you don't have their number it's 1-888-516-2630. Hope some of this helps.
