Q: QuestionWith some shows, there's an "echo" effect, also as if the TV (a new Vizio) was repeating the sound a moment later. For other shows, (or even other scenes within the same show), the sound is fine. (We're using the optical link.) Any ideas?

• A:Answer This echo effect is a very common situation to happen when audio is traveling through both the TV speakers and the connected sound bar. When this happens, it is recommended to turn off your TV's internal speakers.

• A:Answer When looking to get better dialogue from the sound bar, there are a few settings and adjustments that can help. The dialogue typically comes from the center speaker of the sound bar when the person speaking is centered on screen. The Center and Dialogue settings would be the first settings I would suggest adjusting. There is also a TruVol setting, this will help to balance out the volume and help prevent sudden jumps typically found when going to a commercial and then back to the show you are enjoying.

• A:Answer About your question, it really depends on the size room. I tried it in my living room before i placed it in my kids bedroom. I realized that it sounds better in their room. The sound quality was actually more noticeable. If you're trying to get something within a budget, its actually not bad. Its easy to install a d when changing settings the sound bar speaks back at you. Your bestbet is to try the same day, that way you can return if you dont like it.
