I had the same connectivity issues with this TV. My router is less than 20 feet away from this TV, and at first it would connect, but then it just stopped communicating with the router. We gave up trying to stream TV and used it for watching local broadcasts only. It also had some very frustrating power issues (when turning off the power, it wouldn't turn off completely, but then wouldn't turn back on either. I was constantly unplugging it to reset the power.) BTW, I also have a 24" version of this TV and have had no problems with it. I had owned it more than 30 days so couldn't take it back to Best Buy, but it was still under the one year warranty from Vizio. I contacted them- very helpful and courteous- and they asked me to ship it back to them for repair. Within about a week, I got my TV back, and have had no more issues with it. Hopefully yours is still under warranty, otherwise you are probably just stuck with a bad TV.
