- Answer Usually you can not get your Vizio remote to operate your cable box. You would have to get a smart remote for that.

QuestionI cannot find the Amazon app anywhere. Yet, according to other answers the app should be available. How can I download it?

- Answer If the amazon application is not on you VIA Plus App Dock at the bottom of your screen, if you press the V button twice, or going to the application store app, you should get a list of all available applications that can be loaded to the TV. You will then be able to find any applications available and load them the to VIA Plus App Dock. If you need any assistance with this please give our customer service a call at 877-878-4946.
