QuestionWhat is the distance between the legs at widest point?

- Answer The specifications says that it's 28". That's actually the distance between the holes in the chassis where you insert the legs. The legs angle out slightly and they can only be inserted in the one direction. The width of the legs when inserted is about 29.5". I bought it to fit on a 30" shelf based on the 28" I read in the specifications. It's precariously close to slipping over the edge. I'd say you need at least a 32" width of a table or a shelf to safely mount it.

- Answer I purchased a separate center pedestal stand to mount the Vizio TV to. The legs on the TV are easily removable. Worked out great.

- Answer I have been using it as a second monitor in my home office. I simply needed to go into display settings and reduce the size percentage to give a cleaner presentation. I can't answer the gaming question regarding the resolutions asked about.

- Answer Most DVD players have composite (three plugs colored red, white, and yellow) hookups. This TV has composite inputs on the back, so unless your DVD player is an unusual type that doesn't have those it should be fine.

- Answer Horizontally the unit measures 35 1/2 inches edge to edge and the screen measures 34 5/8ths.

- Answer in the description, it is not listed as a Roku TV. If you want Roku, go to their direct site for options. If I recall, most are TLC brand. So yes, you will need to buy a plug and play roku unit and plug into hdmi in back.

- Answer Sadly you can't add any more apps. The only way how to use more apps is Chromecast it or use AirPlay.
