If you buy a fire stick Max 4K which I picked up for $35 on sale plug it directly into HDMI 1 on the sound bar first and then with the arc go to your TV then you will get Atmos even if your TV does not have Atmos pass through and if you buy a 4K player like I got x800 M2 you can play 4K movies and at most to your soundbar. So even if you had a 20-year-old tube TV you can get at most playing on it through the fire stick 4K Max also in the fire stick settings on audio you can check to make sure that it recognizes Dolby Atmos so it will play but usually when it plays atmos on streaming it is at most Dolby digital Plus which is a bit compressed but is okay only true at most will come from a 4K Blu-ray player uncompressed sounds awesome either way. Hope I've helped
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dont think this thing is capable of making anything but amazing sound quality. My living room is maybe 12x14 and I'm impressed.
