Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had several issues with this. The best way to handle this issue is when you first turn on the sys. Keep the remote aimed at the sys. press and hold the Power down until you TV comes on. I have a Visio tv so when the Visio name comes up on the screen I release to button. The issue here is there a lag time between your sys and the remote. You need to give it 3 to 5 secs for the remote to communicate with your sys. These instruction were given to me by the Geek squad installers. You may also find that the sys will come on line but not the bar. So just turn the bar on with its remote and it should catch the next on/off cycle.
