“Will the subwoofer work if hidden behind the couch facing the tv? I am trying to figure out if this system can work in my living room, which has a sectional couch approximately 12 feet from the tv?”

• Yes it will work. I currently have mine setup close to how you described and have not encountered any issues.

• Yes I have put the sub woofer behind the sofa which is facing the TV. and its giving best output possible.

• No. Kinda bummed about that when I got mine. Its not bluetooth..it must be IR or something.

• Yes! I have another Vizio Sound bar in my bedroom and the sub is behind the headboard and it still works perfectly
