The sound bar has a row of lights on the front of the sound bar on the left side. The lights in this row will raise and lower according to the adjustments of the volume.

It comes with an hdmi cable to hook up to your TV. You can adjust the sub and speaker levels with the included remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Using the (HDMI?ARC hookup). This is how it works for me. Using the soundbar remote, the volume level will only show on the left side of the soundbar in led lights. Using the TV remote, the volume level shows on both the TV and the soundbar.

Annoyed that the two back speakers are wired connection and not Bluetooth I don't even have them hooked up because I have no where to hide the wires. Volume is displayed on the left side of sound bar (indicated by vertical dots) and on remote.
