If the HDMI port has visible damage to the pins then it is likely that only the ports on the board need to be switched. This can be done by sending the board to a professional or removing the bad ports and soldering new ones on yourself. The same thing happened to an older E model Vizio I still have. Your best option is to find the same motherboard on eBay to replace with your existing one since there is no guarantee the pins in the port are the only issue. A cheaper option would be a splitter assuming any ports still work and continue to work in the future. I don’t have experience with Geek Squad but it is worth having them attempt to fix the issue if they can offer a free or cheaper solution.
