• A:Answer I had the same problem and my tv is also 20 months old. The only thing that worked for me is to unplug the tv, wait a bit, and plug it back in. This worked for me anyway but I bought a new tv because the sound on this tv is not good and I was never happy with it.

Q: QuestionHow do you change the screen ratio for the TV? We looked at the user manual on the TV, but the instructions it gave did not work. It said to go to Menu, System, Aspect ratio. There is no Aspect Ratio. Thank you
