The screen is so delicate that it's not easy to deliver open boxes. I bought mine at the store and I would recommend not buying the open box as you don't know what will be missing and why the person returned it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe its because on open boxes they don't want to transport it due to the damage that might occur. If damage were to occur to the device they wouldn't be able to replace it unless they gave you a new one.
