• yes mine came with everything but the quality was very poor

• This Vizio TV should come with a power cord, user manual and remote control. It would not come with a separate Roku remote. You should be able to download a copy of the user manual on the manufacturer's website. I would double check to see if you purchased an open-box TV, which may explain why some parts are missing. Thank you!
