QuestionNice TV but is it normal for it to have an odor when viewing? Odor reminds me of the old tube-TVs, an electrical smell. I have had it for a week now and the room is filled with this faint odor within 30 minutes.

- Answer I just bought a VIZIO - 65" Class - LED - P Series Quantum Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR and it has a very strong Ozone odor and it's hot. Smells toxic. Did you have to return your tv? I think we may if the smell doesn't subside.

- Answer I would say yes , it would. The box should have a coax or it might even have a HDMI plug on it, which makes it better. Check the back of the cable box and see what options you have.

QuestionDoes this have the spectrum app? Don't really need a smart tv if it doesn't have the apps I need. My last Vizio had a bunch of Yahoo crap on it. The app selection was terrible. This tv does not have a headphone jack or Bluetooth?

- Answer This television does not have a Spectrum television app. The SmartCast input does have limited applications installed and you cannot add extra apps to the input. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network. This television does not have a 3.5 mm headphone connection. This TV does use Bluetooth LE for connecting to you TV to a device with the VIZIO SmartCast application. However, this TV does not have Bluetooth audio out support.

- Answer It’s about 80lbs. It can actually be moved around by one person but I wouldn’t recommend it. Have two people handle it for your own safety and to avoid damaging the tv. Specially if it will be mounted on a wall.
