To be sincere my experience with my previous Vizio Smartcast feature was a terrible endeavor. But after a little over a week of use with this new set I can tell you the experience is a lot better now. It seems it no longer forces you to cast everything as I am able to pull Youtube, Netflix, Prime Video and some other apps without touching my phone all in the TV. Everything seems smooth to me. But I have a few options. I cast from the phone, use the TV apps, got a PC server and some other devices all connected to the TV. So far great purchase.

Please try again later.The Bluetooth on our SmartCast TV's and Display's is Bluetooth LE and will only work for proximity pairing with the SmartCast Mobile App. This feature will not allow others to connect to your TV through Bluetooth unless they are within range (approximately 2 feet) and using the SmartCast Mobile App.
