Can I delete the YouTube app from this TV??? null

This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built-in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. Apps are not able to be removed, but they can be moved to the end of the row to allow faster access to the apps you do wish to use.
