Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you switch the sound on the TV to Bitstream and use input auto detect on the Vizio Smartcast mobile app? That is assuming the soundbar is also a Vizio soundbar. Also, if you have a Vizio soundbar you have to hook the bluray player directly into the soundbar to get Atmos from it.
