QuestionWhen I select the home button I get a black screen? Nothing comes up. Also when I select Netflix or any other option I get the same black screen. Any help would be appreciated!

- Answer Is your network connected to the tv properly? Maybe it's a little too slow.. It is fairly bandwidth intensive.. especially the first few times it boots.. then it gets faster... If that all checks out, I'd do a system reset back to factory and check for any updates immediately.. There might have been a fix released for it.

- Answer The legs of the TV were designed to help prevent falling and tipping over. It is not recommended to install the legs in the opposite orientation.

- Answer Sorry, the box went to the recycling center. It fit easily into the back of my Ford Escape with the rear seats folded down.

QuestionI have a sound bar that's connected with an optical cord. The audio comes through fine. I've disabled the TV speakers. however when I turn the volume up and down on the TV, the volume slide has no impact on the volume of the soundbar. How to fix this?

- Answer It wont, you always have to use the soundbar remote for volume!

- Answer After doing a new update when I installed the tv, it seems to be doing 4k 120 on my xbox series x fairly well. {vrr turned on} However, sometimes I have had to reboot because of what looks to be a sync issue or something.. (It looks wavy) but after the reboot, it works just fine.. I would think they will fix it with another update...

- Answer The TV needs to be on the same network, if the tv can be linked to Alexa, and using the Alexa app select devices, add device and choose the type if the app doesn’t find the TV automatically. My alexa app prompted me to add the tv because it was on the same network.
