QuestionWhy can’t I watch movies from apps in full screen? For instance to watch a movie from prime Amazon- and I automatically get the black “box” - top and bottom black . If I zoom it only zooms in the box - no ratio option. Help

- Answer When watching content from an app, at that time the app becomes the source and the TV becomes a display for that content from the app. Each app developer determines how the content is displayed (resolution, audio codecs, and screen format to name a few). For help with adjusting these options, it would be recommended to reach out to the app's developers for more support.

- Answer This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.
