You may have to find the settings on your tv to tell it your using the ARC connection with the soundbar
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I usually don't use the ARC setting on the TV. I didn't like the sound bar turning off when I turned the tv off. If you want ARC. Do this. On TV or device turn off internal speakers and don't use Bluetooth unless streaming audio. I use the optical cable from tv and let it roll. It's amazing
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue, tried everything and realized that the problem is from the firestick (if you are using one), not the TV or the sound bar. Fix it from the sound settings on the firestick. I hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most HDTV's have a Lip Sync setting that can be adjusted to match audio and video.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. How do I connect my soundbar to my Hisense TV with HDMI? To connect a digital sound bar with an HDMI cable: 1. Connect the cable that's attached to the soundbar to the [HDMI / ARC] port on the TV. 2. Turn on the soundbar by pressing the Power button.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your responses. I switched to optical. the lag came back after a while. Changed the digital audio out setting on the tv from RAW(bitstream) to PCM. so far so good. what is everyone setting their digital audio out to? my choices are RAW, PCM, DD and off .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This sounds like a protocol handshake issue between your TV and the soundbar. The ARC functionality is realistically designed for VIZIO to VIZIO connections, unfortunately there is probably not a fix for this. Maybe try looking through your TV audio settings for a "Lip Sync" or "Audio Sync" adjustment and see if that corrects the issue.
