“How is the fan speed tuned? We recently bought one of these, and the fan is fast on low, slower on medium, and fast on high. This doesn't make sense to me. It seems it should get faster from low to medium to high. How exactly should it work?”

• The fan speed shouldn't be changing with the different levels. It is designed to stay the same and the output changes with the wattage that is being used at each level, up to 1500 watts on high.
