• A:Answer Hello CT, many reasons may cause this: -The problem with the flash LEDs. -Low battery level (less than 15%). -Bad installation (the light must reflect on something to be visible). -Firmware corruption. -Formatting required, use a slow format. -Possible need for a new SD card. Ideally, you should do a test with the camera in a dark room to see if it continues to take black pictures or if it corrects itself. If the situation is still, you will have to contact us, and we will be able to replace your camera. -KM

Q: QuestionSo there's a monthly plan you pay for on the app. So what are the plans? Running a camera 24/7 uses a lot of data so are the plans affordable compared to simply adding another phone to my unlimited plan and using it as the security camera?

The cameras come with a pre-activated SIM card integrated into the unit; make sure you have a stable network in the area where you plan to use them, and transmission will follow the settings and options that you have chosen from the application in terms of the number of transfers per day, capture delay, etc. For the package, you can opt for the number of photos to receive per month according to your needs to activate the package of your choice on your camera.
