• Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech IS8151-4. The telephone system has a feature that will automatically set the time and date based on the Caller ID details. You can turn the feature off for the manually set time and date not to change when receiving a call. 1. Press MENU when the telephone is not in use. 2. Press CID down on the handset or telephone base to scroll to Settings, then press SELECT. 3. Press CID down on the handset or telephone base to scroll to CID time sync, then press SELECT. 4. Press CID down on the handset or telephone base to highlight Off, then press SELECT to save. Hope this helps! - VTech Support
