A:Answer BabyQ - We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the VTech RM5764. Like many electronic devices, a reset may resolve the issue. To reset the baby monitor: 1. Unplug the AC power for 1 minute. 2. Turn off the parent unit by pressing the POWER button. 3. Press the pinhole at the back of the parent unit, take a pin and push button. 4. Press the POWER button on the parent unit and wait until they link back up. Reconnect and test.
