Hi - Here's how you can turn off the mailbox of the VTech CM18445. Step 1: Press the Menu/Select button when the console is not in use. Step 2: Press the arrow down button to scroll to Line mode, then press Menu/Select button. Step 3: Press the the arrow down button to select the desired line or all lines, then press Menu/Select button.
