“We have 4 business lines through Comcast. With our current phones line 1 & 2 come in on the same line and are plugged into one port and line 3 & 4 come in on the some line and are plugged into the same port. Will the CM18445 phone system work with this?”

MWM - The VTech CM18445 has telephone ports at the back of the unit labeled L1/L2 port and L3/L4 port wherein you can directly connect the telephone cords to and have all the four lines available on the unit.
