- Answer Yes batteries are included in both handsets. An insulating tab must be removed from both units to initiate charging.

- Answer There is a manual that gives you codes for these adjustments. Maybe the manual is online.

- Answer Arline - Unplug the AC adapter from the base and disconnect handset batteries. Wait 60 seconds, then reconnect power and batteries. If the problem persists, call tech support @ 1-800-595-9511.

- Answer We already had a wall plate - so with the bracket that came with it I was able to make it work. I did end up getting a shorter cord from another phone so that the amount I had to tuck in behind the plate was manageable. I hope this helps.

- Answer First press the Menu/Select button on the right. Then, using the arrows in the black middle button, scroll up or down until you see Set date/time in display window. Then press Menu/Select button again. You will see Date in display, use arrows to change it.

- Answer The only base that has to be connect to a telephone system is the base unit and it also has to be plugged into an Electrical outlet. The other base or bases only have to plug into an electrical outlet.

QuestionI can't my phone ringer to "ring" on incoming calls.I set the ringer volume and tone..am I missing a setting or something? I've tried it on lines that other phones ring with no problem, still nothing.

- Answer Possibly you are in the "Silent Mode". Refer to your manual regarding turning on/off this mode.
