QuestionMy phone suddenly stopped showing the "Caller Id" name and phone number with each new call....it just says "Incoming Call" now. What do I need to do for the person's name to appear again? It worked yesterday but not today. Thanks

QuestionI have the above telephone system and as of today all of a sudden it won't pick up messages. I tried calling from my cell phone and left a message but when I tried to retrieve same on the phone it stated I have no messages.

- Answer Hello - The VTech CS6829-2 does not have a flashing light to indicate new Voicemail messages. When you receive new Voicemail messages, the cordless handset will display NEW VOICEMAIL. Thank you, -VTech Support

- Answer Hi Richard. This phone, the CS6859-2 does not have a Call Block feature. Please consider instead a model such as the DS6621, which has Call Block. Thank you!

- Answer Sorry, I never have tried, but according to the instructions you should be able to dial your phone and get your messages. I guess just try and if it will not work check with maker on their instructions..

- Answer Hi Joanne. Many of our cordless phones can be expanded to five or more handsets. We would suggest the DS6421 series and LS6425 series phones, as they both can be expanded to several handsets. Thank you!
