Stick a pin in the reset hole and hold the power down simultaneously for 5 seconds. Worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also was able to re set by using a pin on the reset button and holding down the power button simultaneously — but the unit has to be unplugged while you’re doing this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just bought one of these used and the LCD screen would not work. Iam handy with most electronics. I took the parent unit apart and the connection to the screen was loose push them in and the unit work just fine

Please try again later.I tried holding the power and putting a pin in the reset and it didn't work - I tried again multiple times (without it being plugged in) and it didn't work. Then I tried ONLY a pin in the reset, not plugged in, not pushing the power button and it worked in less than 10 seconds! Woo hoo!

Please try again later.My monitor has now done this twice first time just started working again, after 1 day left in second time held down reset button for 5 seconds pressed power button, nothing. held reset button for further 10 seconds and pressed power button and monitor turned on

If the parent unit is not holding a charge, ensure that the cord is securely plugged in on the power jack and it is not loose or falling off. The power LED should illuminate to indicate that the unit is charging. The batteries should last for more than a year.
