A:Answer Hi - We apologize if you are having issues with linking the parent unit on your VM5251. Normally, the parent unit will show "No link" if it loses connection to the baby unit or if it is too far away from each other. Make sure that there are no WiFi devices such as tablets, router, laptop or streaming devices within the area that can cause interference. You may try to relocate the baby unit to get a better reception. If resetting does not work, please contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511 for assistance.
