Nicole - We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the baby monitor. Try adjusting the sensitivity level on your baby unit and turn the Sound Activation OFF then turn it ON again. If this does not fix the issue, try resetting by unplugging the battery and the AC adapter for about a minute, re-plug and test. If the issue persist, please contact us at 1-800-595-9511. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you!! That worked! I had to unplug the unit and take the battery out, and now it goes into sleep mode when on again. Whew.
