- Answer It's not a touchscreen, as in you can touch it with your fingers. It is touchscreen, as in you touch it, click, double click, drag and all of that kind of stuff with the included stylus.

QuestionDoes this have touch screen capabilities?For the price, that'd be a crazy deal if it was touch screen. On wacom it costs much more. Thank You.

- Answer it comes with something called sketchbook which i don't use. i purchased the wacom to use corel painter and photoshop which does not come with the tablet. you download your program to a usb to install on the wacom.

- Answer You have to use the cable for power , video, computer connection. so only if you can find adapters to extend as far away as you wish to be

- Answer It's a 13 inch screen, the display is smaller than a lap top. The screen is HD so the picture is great. The size is great for holding it and drawing. I personally wouldn't need a bigger one.

The Cintiq 13HD will act as your monitor or secondary display in which the pen can be used right on the screen. Compatible with computers, laptops and tablet PC's with Windows 7 or higher and Mac OS X 10.11, 10.12, & 10.13

- Answer It's good for a beginner but a little much for someone just jumping in. All that this tablet does is show you on the tablet what and where you're drawing because it's mirroring the computer. If you want a drawing tablet that's cheaper you can look into other Wacom tablets. I had one before this one and the main differents is not having the image on the tablet as you draw. You need good hand eye coordination if you get a tablet with out a screen.

- Answer faster in that you are working directly on the screen with a cintiq. as opposed to drawing on the tablet will looking at the computer screen with other wacom models. the eye to hand coordination is different.

QuestionWhy is Best Buys selection of Wacom products so limited?I would like to get either this or the touch version but seemingly this is on the website but apparently there is only one left in a store somewhere in America and good luck finding it, and the touch version isnt even offered. Its sad when you want to give a store a 1000 dollars and you cant.

- Answer I had this same issue and had to have mine shipped to the store. I believe it's because there's not a big market for these and thus Best Buy doesn't feel the need to put these drawing tablets on the shelves or even have them in the store

- Answer Yes, a computer is required. The only Wacom stand-alone devices are the MobileStudio Pro and the Cintiq Companion lines, that I know of. I think they may have discontinued the Companion line, though. Here's the link to their website so you can see for yourself what they have, but Best Buy might still sell both lines, and so might Amazon, eBay, and other sites like that. Wacom Cintiq Pros and the Cintiq 13hd require computers. https://wacom.com/en-us

- Answer The CINTIQ 13HD is a really high quality pen display. The tablet is extremely responsive, easy to set up and has great color and brightness on the screen. The software for the tablet is easy to get, all you have to do is go to the Wacom website and look up the Cintiq 13hd. The drivers and software for the tablet should all be in one download.

- Answer Yes, this is intended for creating digital illustrations. Anything by wacom is excellent quality.
